As part of ABC’s commitment to providing its members with the essential tools to improve and protect their business interests, ABC provides numerous continuing education opportunities.  Florida’s Construction Lien Law is invaluable for contractors and suppliers to insure payment for their work.  Each year our Chapter Attorney, Davisson Dunlap, III, provides educational seminars to ABC members on the Construction Lien Law, and other important changes to laws affecting the construction industry.  This year’s presentation materials are made available (on this website) to North Florida Chapter members for download and use.
