FROM SKILLED TRADES TO EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Kelvin Enfinger understands construction from the ground up. Beginning his career as a carpenter and equipment operator, he advanced through field supervision and executive leadership before becoming Vice President and shareholder of Greenhut Construction Company.
With over 25 years in the industry, Kelvin has contributed to more than $1 billion in construction projects spanning healthcare, aviation, education, commercial, and retail sectors.
His journey has shaped a deep belief that the construction industry can provide more than a job but can create pathways to leadership, entrepreneurship, business ownership, and lasting success.
A PASSION FOR THE INDUSTRY AND THE ISSUES THAT SHAPE IT
Kelvin's commitment to the skilled trades extends beyond the jobsite and boardroom. He is currently developing a book designed to serve as a practical playbook for individuals pursuing careers in the skilled trades.
Drawing from firsthand experience, Kelvin hopes to share the lessons, challenges, and opportunities that shaped his own journey. The goal is to help others see the skilled trades not just as a job, but as a pathway to opportunity. Kelvin believes that with the right mindset, guidance, work ethic, and willingness to learn, a career in construction can lead to leadership, entrepreneurship, ownership, and a lasting legacy.
Through this project, he hopes to provide encouragement and practical insight to the next generation of craft professionals and help strengthen the pipeline of future leaders within the construction industry.

Kelvin's passion for Associated Builders and Contractors comes from a belief in the power of people, relationships, and shared purpose in Merit Shop construction. Through ABC, he has seen how connecting contractors, business leaders, educators, policymakers, and industry partners can create meaningful opportunities and lasting impact.
He is running for Region Vice Chair because he believes the Southeast Region is uniquely positioned to build upon its strong foundation and continue moving forward together. With diverse markets, Chapters, and perspectives, the region has an opportunity to strengthen connections, share ideas, develop future leaders, and advance initiatives that benefit the entire construction industry.
Kelvin is seeking to build upon what has made the Southeast Region strong; Bringing people together around shared goals, strengthening communication and collaboration, and helping ensure that every Chapter and every voice has the opportunity to contribute to the region's continued success.
For Kelvin, leadership is about service. It is about listening, building relationships, creating opportunities for others, and leaving organizations and communities stronger than they were before.
That is the foundation of his leadership, and the vision, he hopes to bring to the Southeast Region.
