UWF Student Builders Club Gets a Hands-On Introduction to Commercial Roofing

Associated Builders and Contractors North Florida Chapter recently joined member company Edwards Roofing Co., Inc. as they welcomed the University of West Florida Student Builders Club for an immersive, hands-on look into the world of commercial roofing.

During the visit, students walked through each phase of the roofing process, gaining real insight into what it takes to work in the field. Under the supervision of Edwards Roofing’s seasoned professionals, they even had the opportunity to try hot torching themselves.
