2025 ABC National Legislative Conference

As the Voice of Commercial Construction, Free Enterprise and the Merit Shop - ABC held its 2025 Legislative Conference, including constituent visits to Capitol Hill in Washington DC, on June 23-25, 2025. While there are several measures of importance to our industry, this year’s Hill visits primarily focused on repealing the Biden-era Executive Order pertaining to PLAs (Project Labor Agreements) and asking Members of Congress to co-sponsor FOCA (Fair & Open Competition Act).
